When you make a booking request or contact us, we collect the information you send us (name, e-mail, phone, dates of stay, number of guests). Direct bookings are processed through the Smoobu service, which acts as a technical provider.

Purposes and retention

This data is used only to manage your booking and to reply to you. It is kept for as long as needed for this management and for the applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. To exercise it, write to contact@laresilience.fr. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, cnil.fr).
